Online Property user guide

Welcome to Online Property, the first multi-listing social network for real estate agents, agencies, and developers in Dubai and the UAE. Our platform is designed to help you communicate, collaborate, and close deals more efficiently.

📋 Here is a guide to help you get started:

Registration:

Click the “Sign up” button in the center of the screen to begin the registration process.

In the pop-up menu, select your user type and confirm your choice:

 

Licensed Agent

  • In the “Profile Verification Options”, enter your name, phone number, or license number.
  • Seek operator assistance by clicking “Request Operator Assistance”.
  • Fill in the fields: “Your full name”, “Company name”, “Your phone number”, “Create password” and “Confirm password”.

Agency Manager

  • Fill in the fields: “Your full name”, “Your agency name”, “Your email”, “Create password” and “Confirm password”.

Real Estate Agency

  • In the “Profile Verification Options”, enter your name, phone number, or license number.
  • Seek operator assistance by clicking “Request Operator Assistance”.
  • Fill in the fields: “Company name”, “Office number”, “Your email or phone number”, “Create password” and “Confirm password”.

Developer

  • In the “Profile Verification Options”, enter your name, phone number, or license number.
  • Seek operator assistance by clicking “Request Operator Assistance”.
  • Fill in the fields: “Company name”, “Office number”, “Your email or phone number”, “Create password” and “Confirm password”.

Foreign Agent

  • In the “Form of organization”, choose either “Private person” or “Organization.”
  • Choosing “Private person”, fill in: “Your full name”, “Choose your country”, “Choose your city”, “Your email”, “Create password” and “Confirm password”.
  • Provide the necessary information for profile verification (data will vary for different user types).
  • Fill in “Your full name” and “Company name”.
  • Specify your “Email” or “Phone number”.
  • Please indicate your Instagram or LinkedIn account in the appropriate box below.
  • In the “Other” column, provide a link to your Telegram, WhatsApp, or other account that is related to your professional activities.

  

  • Create a password for your account in the “Create password” field.
  • Confirm your password in the “Confirm password” field.
  • After completing all fields, click “Sign up” to complete the registration.

Creating Listings:

  • Click on “Add Listing” in the top right panel of the website to add a new listing.

  • Enter property details on the appearing panel.
  • Input information about the property, set the price, provide a detailed description, and upload photos, videos, and floor plans. Scroll down the new listing creation page to complete these steps.

  • Please pay attention to parameters marked with a red asterisk, as they are necessary for publishing your listing.
  • The first available field is “Type of activity”, where you choose between “Sale/Rent”.

  • There are two types of real estate in the Property Type category: Residential and Commercial.

It is important to remember that the adjacent fields will change depending on which property type you select in the Property Type category. For example:

  • Choosing “Property type” opens options: “Apartment,” “House,” “Building,” “Commercial,” and “Land.”
  • Here, fill in fields like “Area (sqft),” “Beds & Baths,” “Floor / Num. of floors,” “Equipment,” “Completion Status,” and “State No.”
  • For “Land Area (sqft)” under Property type, you’ll have options like “Area (sqft),” “State No,” and “Land type” to fill in under “Property details.”

In the Price section, you indicate the currency in which you want to display the cost of the property and fill in information about the presence of a commission.

In the Location section, you can manually enter an address or by selecting an object on the map below.

In the Amenities section, you check off the amenities of your property.

In the Description section, you manually enter information about your property or generate it using AI.

In the Upload Photo section, you upload the necessary photos, videos, and house layout and indicate additional contacts in the ad.

Search ads:

  • Click on “search property” to begin searching for real estate.
  • Choosing “Buy” displays the property’s “Completion Status”.

  • In the appearing menu, choose between “Ready” and “Off-Plan” for the completion status.

  • Choosing “Rent” reveals the “Rent Frequency”
  • In this menu, select between “Yearly” and “Monthly”.

  • In the next tab, choose between “All”, “Apartment”, “House”, “Building” ,”Commercial” and “Land”.
  • For tabs “All”, “Apartment”, “House”, “Building”, “Commercial” and “Land”, additional tabs open: “Area”, “sqft”, “Minimum sqft/Maximum sqft”, “Beds”, “Baths” and “Price” in “AED”.

  • For the “Land” tab, options open for “All Residential Commercial Industrial” as well as “Area”, “sqft”, “Minimum sqft/Maximum sqft”, and maximum/minimal “Price” in “AED”.

  • For searching, enter the description of the desired area, property type, and other specific characteristics.
  • Customize your search by specifying the area to find listings that match your preferences.

  • You can reset filter settings using the Reset Filters button in the upper right corner of the screen.

Working with Listings:

  • Select the listing of interest by clicking on it.
  • Opening the listing, you see the property’s name, price (buy/rent), address, and the listing code in the system

  • Click “OP Chat” on the right side of the screen to start a dialogue with the listing author.

  • Alternatively, you can choose another contact option the website provides, such as a phone call, Telegram/WhatsApp, or email.
  • Navigate through property image galleries using scrolling.
  • Scroll down the page to view the property description, 2D floor plan, and property features/amenities.
  • Click on the contact information to visit profiles.

Opening the listing, you see the commission set for each transaction:

  • “Total fee”: The amount the client pays for services, representing the overall commission for completing the transaction
  • “Multilisting (Selling Agency) fee”: The commission amount received by the agency responsible for selling the property upon a successful transaction.
  • “Listing Agency fee”: The commission that remains with the agency or agent who listed the property for sale and communicated with the seller. This fee is for marketing and representing the property on the platform.
  • Below, you see the listing features: the type of offer (sale/rent), property type (apartment, villa, etc.), completion status (completed/under construction), ownership type (freehold – complete control), area, bedrooms, bathrooms, floor, furnishing status (empty/furnished), and renovation availability.

  • The Description of the property provides details to clients.

  • Click on the author’s name to get additional information about them.
  • Check their “Last seen” status, language proficiency, activity regions, specialization, actual address, and description.
  • Get the phone number, email address, and additional personal information about the listing author.
  • Track the creation, publication, and update dates of real estate listings.

Upload PDF Listing:

  • Using the “Save as PDF” menu in the bottom right corner of the screen, you can download a PDF file with information about the property.
  • In the opened menu, you can choose contact information and uploaded images.

Listing Management:

  • Click on the My Properties tab on the left side of the screen to access your listings.
  • On this tab, you can view all your listings, including published, unpublished, and archived ones. Switch between them by clicking on the corresponding group of listings.
  • Unpublished listings are your drafts that you can edit at any time.
  • Archived listings are properties that have already been sold. If desired, you can delete these listings.
  • To change the status of a listing (“Archived”, “Unpublished”, etc.), click on the three dots in the bottom right corner of the screen.
  • Easily edit, change status, or delete listings as needed.

Team

  • The option to create a team, “My Team”, is available only for real estate agencies.
  • Click on the “My Team” tab on the left side of the screen to access your team.
  • Receive activity notifications about your team members through the “Notifications” tab.

  • Track the statistics of your team members displayed next to their portraits.
  • Invite employees through shared links.
  • Following the invitation link, the employee should register and confirm employment with the organization.
  • Monitor the creation and work on listings by team members.
  • Effectively manage incoming requests.
  • Remove brokers from your team, if necessary, by clicking on the corresponding button on the right.

Profile Settings:

  • Click on the profile icon in the top right corner to access the “Edit Profile” option.
  • Enter your details, such as license information, personal data, contact information, and work data, to complete your profile.
  • Click on the profile icon in the top right corner to access the “Settings” option (located right after “Edit Profile”).
  • If needed, change your password and update currency settings on this tab.

Employment Connections:

  • Managers and Brokers have a section for updating their workplace and gaining full access to the platform.
  • When an employment connection is established, the employer’s name (agency/developer) is indicated.
  • To terminate an employment connection, click on the “X” next to the name of the current employer.
  • To establish an employment connection with a new employer, enter the organization’s name, select it from the list, and click the “Send Request” button.

  • To cancel an employment connection request, click on “Cancel Request”.
  • To view and confirm employment connection requests, go to the corresponding tab.
  • You can either accept or decline requests from users using the “Accept” and “Cancel” buttons.

Requests

Select the ad you want in the ad showcase to create a request. Once you access it, you will see contact buttons for contacting this agency in the upper right corner. Next, you select your preferred method for generating a request (OP chat, call, WhatsApp, Telegram, E-mail)

When creating a request via OP chat, you see information about which specific property you want to apply for, its price, and its location.

A dialog box opens when this user chooses Open Chat, and the standard text prepared by the platform immediately appears for your interaction. By clicking send a message, a request is generated in the system.

You need to go to the Request tab to see the requests you have sent. Go to the My Request tab. You can view information about requests that interest you and re-contact recipients.

To view requests for your ads, select the Requests for me tab. Remember that a blue Finn around a message means it has not been read yet!

You can respond to a request by selecting it and clicking OP Chat to go to messages.

Profile View:

  • Click on the profile icon in the top right corner and select “View Profile.”
  • Check how other users see your profile.

Chat:

  • Click “Messaging” on the left side of the screen to open the chat panel.
  • Find the contacts you need by entering their information in the “Search” panel.
  • Click on the contact you want to reply to, then scroll down to compose a message.
  • Attach videos, audio, images, or files to the conversation by clicking the “+” icon below the text input panel in the chat and selecting the corresponding attachment type.
  • Use advanced features such as message search and user blocking.
  • Click on the “New group” in the middle of the screen to open the group chat creation menu.
  • Enter the group name “Enter a group chat” and click “Create group” to create a group chat.
