Online Property is a multi-listing social network for brokers, real estate agencies, and developers.

The goal of Online Property is to provide reliable and complete information about real estate properties and to accelerate the closing of deals between brokers through communication in the service’s chat, the ability to rate brokers, and transparency of transaction fees.

Online Property solves the problems that brokers face every day—quickly finding the right property for a buyer or tenant, as well as quickly selling or renting a property that is on the market.

Every broker who receives a commission from a client is willing to share part of it with a partner broker if the latter helps them close the deal quickly. This is the basic principle of multi-listing systems.

Currently, there is no tool on the UAE market for quickly offering and searching for properties with commission (multilisting) terms and for communication between brokers. Online Property is a tool that will solve these problems.

The mechanism of the solution is quite simple:

1. The seller’s or landlord’s broker creates an advertisement for the sale or rental of the property, adds a multi-listing commission (specifying the percentage and amount) to the advertisement;

2. The buyer’s or tenant’s broker finds the listing on the showcase, evaluates the commission amount, and sends a request for the listing;

3. The brokers communicate about the transaction;

4. Upon closing the transaction, the seller’s broker transfers the multi-listing commission amount to the buyer’s broker.
